Bluetooth Connectivity
Actively scanning for machines
Close the Redux Bluetooth app on all tablets. Unplug the Redux unit for a full 2-minute period. Restore power. Re-open the app on one tablet and wait for the Machine ID to populate. Select it. When the blue Bluetooth light turns solid, the unit is connected and ready for treatment.
"Unavailable" machine listed in Redux app
In the app, find the Machine ID listed as "Unavailable." Swipe left on it and choose Delete or Forget. Close the app. On all other tablets repeat. Then unplug the Redux unit for 2 minutes. Restore power. Open the app and wait for the Machine ID to appear, select it. The blue Bluetooth light should turn solid.
Hardware Issues
Redux won't power on and no lights work
Check that the dryer is connected to a power supply labeled "CUI Inc/CUI Japan" or "Redux." Confirm the green LED on the power-brick is lit. Ensure cords are firmly connected and test plugging directly into a wall outlet (not a surge-protector). To confirm the outlet works, plug another device into it.
Vacuum failed to reach target, gasket dislodged, or flashing "!" light
Remove any phone case. Place the phone face-down in the center of the chamber. Ensure nothing touches the chamber sides or the lid interior. If using a USB cable, make sure it doesn't hang over the chamber edge. Locate the rubber gasket around the chamber. Clean it if dusty or dirty and let it dry fully. Make sure it's seated evenly around the chamber. Then restart the treatment.
