I bought this unit for home use, not professional. We started with the home product from Redux, but it took so long that it was not practical if you need to dry your aids daily. My aids had so much moisture from swimming and activities that it would take 3 hours or more to dry them, then charging was another 3 hours or so. To have them ready for the next day, I'd have to wake up in the middle of the night and put them in the charger. Not great if you're doing this daily. I finally forked over the money to buy this one and they're done in 10 minutes, so they can be dried multiple times a day if needed, and no more waking up nightly. It's very efficient and fast. I would be nice if there were some visual cues to differentiate between rechargeable dry and battery dry options. I always look very closely to make sure I'm choosing the right option because who knows what effect that might have, if any. Making them in different spots or different color would be helpful.

Been using this device and it removes water from the hearing aids. I am able to print out the results by printing the screenshot.

We have the Redux Pro and use it daily in our clinic. What we like: it extracts moisture and gives us another valueable service to offer patients. What we don't like: Its quite noisy. It can take between 5 and 25 minutes to complete a cycle making it difficult to integrate in appointments. It provides an on screen value for uL removed, but doesn't integrate with our CRM.
If it wasn't for the data on how much moisture has been removed I'd buy a $200 vacuum dryer from Amazon.
In summary, its ok but I'm not sure if I'd buy it again.

It truly is a remarkable unit to dry hearing aids. We actually ran it through the test with multiple wet hearing aids over a 5 min to 15 minute period under water and the ReDux dred them perfectly. Amazing product. We thought the cost was high but once we saw how useful it is it made for an easy decision. We purchased one for each of our practice locations.
