Very Satisfied

Been using this device and it removes water from the hearing aids. I am able to print out the results by printing the screenshot.

Looking forward to it being improved.

We have the Redux Pro and use it daily in our clinic. What we like: it extracts moisture and gives us another valueable service to offer patients. What we don't like: Its quite noisy. It can take between 5 and 25 minutes to complete a cycle making it difficult to integrate in appointments. It provides an on screen value for uL removed, but doesn't integrate with our CRM.
If it wasn't for the data on how much moisture has been removed I'd buy a $200 vacuum dryer from Amazon.
In summary, its ok but I'm not sure if I'd buy it again.

It does work

It truly is a remarkable unit to dry hearing aids. We actually ran it through the test with multiple wet hearing aids over a 5 min to 15 minute period under water and the ReDux dred them perfectly. Amazing product. We thought the cost was high but once we saw how useful it is it made for an easy decision. We purchased one for each of our practice locations.

review of redux pro link

I love our original redux; however I do not like the pro link because now my staff and I need to download an app on our personal phones and then carry them around with us all day to read out the information. I also don't like that it does not have a rapid dry like our original. I do not have an I-phone, so I cannot even download the app at this time. Most of my staff report they prefer the original with the readout on the machine versus using an app.Other than that, it does work fine just like the original.

Hello Karen! The Redux Pro still has the on-board display and is still available! We do have our android app now available! We understand you may be missing Rapid Dry, but that was an intentional design change. Rapid Dry does not remove all moisture which will not give the results we like to ensure - no moisture left behind! Thank you!

Wish I would have gotten one sooner!

I LOVE this dryer. It has made a huge difference in helping my patients hear better. I have saved several hearing aids from needing expensive repairs due to moisture. The only thing I would change is not having to use my phone to see how much moisture it takes out. Would be nice to have that just displayed on the unit.
