Who is Redux?
Redux began with a problem nearly everyone can relate to: a wet phone that seemed beyond repair. When Joel Trusty’s wife ran her cellphone through the washing machine, he rolled up his sleeves and came up with a solution to bring it back to life. Joel’s wife saw the potential and encouraged him to turn that fix into something bigger. So he did. Joel teamed up with friend and engineer Reuben Zielinski, and together they built the foundation for Redux.
Fast forward to today, and Redux is the only drying solution trusted across both healthcare and retail. Our patented technology powers recoveries in 3,500 hearing clinics and 3,500 wireless stores across the U.S. With over 10 years in business, nearly 100 patents, and more than 4 million customers served, Redux is redefining how we protect and restore the devices people depend on.
